Is this event suitable for my noise-sensitive/light-sensitive child?

You know your child better than we do, but we do ask you to consider that these are loud events with special effects and flashing lights before purchasing tickets. If you think your child will enjoy the event but they are noise-sensitive, we would recommend bringing ear defenders with you for your child to wear.

What happens if my child gets lost?

Hopefully your child doesn’t get lost! However, parents have the option to take a lost child wristband and write their phone number on it – if your child does go missing, ask them to go to the lost child point or a member of security, and we’ll drop you a call to come and fetch them!
