The bank holiday weekend might be over, but we are still riding the ultimate high. On Monday 25th May, the stunning showground at the iconic Elvaston Castle was completely transformed into a shimmering, pastel-hued paradise for the return of GirlyPop Fest—and wow, did it deliver!
If you missed out, or if you’re just looking to relive the magic while picking glitter out of your hair, here is exactly how the most fabulous day of the summer went down.
The Ultimate Pop Playground
From the moment the gates opened, the energy was electric. Elvaston Castle’s historic, sweeping grounds provided the perfect backdrop for a festival that is all about unapologetic fun, vibrant outfits, and singing your heart out.
Everywhere you looked, the crowd was a sea of pink, sequins, and cowboy hats. The festival grounds weren’t just a place to watch music; they were an experience. We’re talking:
The Glitter Stations: Where festival-goers were transformed into sparkling masterpieces.
Instagram Heaven: Plenty of custom photo booths and installations that made sure everyone’s grid was looking 10/10.
Fairground Rides: Where the crowd spent the day spinning, dropping, and flying through the air to the sounds of pop royalty.
Non-Stop Anthems on Stage
Let’s talk about the main event: the music. GirlyPop Fest is famous for delivering a lineup that is 100% killer and zero filler, and this year took things to a whole new level.
The main stage was a non-stop celebration of pop royalty, featuring incredible tribute acts to the absolute latest chart-toppers. The crowd didn’t stop dancing from the moment they arrived!

The Ultimate Sing-Offs: Massive crowd sing-alongs to Zara Larsson, Dua Lipa, and Olivia Rodrigo.
Fairground Fun: From high-energy rides to the trampolines, the crowds were loving the fairground atmosphere!
The Grand Finale: A high-energy, confetti-filled closing set from our amazing Taylor Swift tribute that left everyone breathless and wanting more.
