Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Girly Pop goodies! If something’s not right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

– Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition/packaging.
– We can’t accept returns on sale items, water bottles, or pens (for hygiene reasons).

Defective or Wrong Items

Uh-oh! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at orders@girlypop.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll fix it with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color for your hoodie, tee, or cap? No problem! Exchanges are available as long as stock lasts. Customers cover return shipping unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

Refund Process

– Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you.
– If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
